How Document Signing Works
Three steps, and only the first one asks anything of you. Nothing gets installed, and the people you send a document to never make an account.
1. Upload the document
Start with a PDF, or a Word, PowerPoint, Excel or image file — anything that is not already a PDF is converted to one before it goes out. Then drop signature, date, name and text fields onto the pages where you need them filled.
2. Add the signers
Enter each person's name and email. Let everyone sign at the same time, or set an order so each signer only gets their turn once the one before them has finished. Where a link alone is not enough assurance, you can require a government ID check before that signer can sign.
3. Send, sign, verify
Each signer gets their own emailed link, opens it in the browser and signs — no account, no download. When the last signature lands, the finished file is fingerprinted with SHA-256, so any later change to it stops matching the record.

No, signers do not need an account or a subscription to sign the documents you send them via SequrSign. Every document is sent to the signers in an email containing an exclusive signing link that allows them to access, view, and digitally sign the documents.
What happens when the free credits are exhausted?
After free credits are exhausted, if you have not upgraded to a paid plan, you will be automatically moved to the Free plan, with all your data intact. You can then purchase our plans at any time.
